Frequently asked questions
Does the AI set my prices?
No. Items found in your price sheet are always priced by the server from your Excel. Where the AI estimates a price, the line is flagged and must be reviewed by a person before the offer can be sent.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the EU, in private object storage with encryption. Documents are virus-scanned before parsing and can be deleted automatically after a retention period you choose.
What does the AI see?
Only text that passed the pseudonymiser: names, contact details, dates, addresses and identifiers are replaced by placeholders and restored inside Quotara. Only model providers that do not retain or train on data are used.
Can I use my own offer template?
Yes. Upload your Word template; offers are rendered on it with your layouts, product pictures and the contact persons you select per offer.
